In the case of Project Cars though, this isn't straightforward, since they are different versions (DLC content wise). , Valve has no incentive to allow it.This is true, it's something Valve created, not Oculus, although wouldn't it be great if games purchased in Oculus Home came with a steam key (where appropriate) just like some steam stuff comes with a compatible oculus home key (virtual desktop is my example of such)

This appears to be something Oculus created and are the only ones that can fix it.
